How to check that sampleLight is commissioned ?

How to check that sampleLight is commissioned ?

When sampleLight is commissioned, zb_getMacAssocPermit() is changed from 0 to 1.
But if sampleLight is rebooted, zb_getMacAssocPermit() is not changed to 1.

zb_isDeviceJoinedNwk() is OK

After successfully join the network, you can press the button SW2 to allow or disable the permit join state.
