difference between cpu_sleep_wakeup and bls_pm_setSuspendMask

in TLSR8258 for puttind device into sleep i found this two apis cpu_sleep_wakeup() and bls_pm_setSuspendMask()
1)whats the difference between this two apis?
2)how both are working?
