Compatible Schematic and PCB Reference Design Files

Hi,

I purchased the B85 Mesh EVK and downloaded The Sig Mesh SDK.
In the ZIP files there were schematic and PCB files.
The files were either corrupt or incompatible with both Altium (2019) and Autodesk Fusion 360 (and Eagle).
Has anyone seen this error before and/or have known good pcb/schematic design files?

The schematic and PCB files can be opened by Cadence EDA tools[Allegro V16.6 or later version].
