Erase while BLE is connected

the documentation at https://doc.telink-semi.cn/doc/e ... onnection_en/#flash mentions that "For BLE slave applications, if the unavoidable flash_erase_sector occurs occasionally, you can use the Conn state Slave role timing protection mechanism to avoid it. Please refer to the details of this document.".
Unfortunately I need to use flash_erase_sector occasionally and I tried to find that document to find out what I need to do but I was unable to find it. Could you please link to it or explain how to properly use flash_erase_sector while staying connected over BLE?
