TLSR8258 dongle board doesnt have the VBAT pin how we can connect the coin cell battery to give power to the chip?

You can choose a coin cell within the chip's power supply range to power the VBAT pin of the chip. The power supply voltage of the 8258 chip is 1.8V - 3.6V.
