OTP burn in error

Hi i am trying to burn the otp.bin file but i encounter this error. i am not sure where is my mistake. i hope someone could guide me over this. Thank you.

One additional point: the default value for OTP memory is 0xff.

please verify my step : i plug in the device to EVK and activate the MCU. then i click the memory acess. the memory acess shows the same as you mentioned but i dont see the "4 byte(s) have finished .....44" message.

Does this mean i cant download it anymore?

move your mouse cursor to “Addr” box，then click the “tab”key on your keyboard，and you can read the data form the specified memory space
