how to create these layers in our project

can i get a example project for TLSR8258(tc_ble_mesh-4.1.0.1 sdk) with HAL layer, MIDDLEWARE ,APPLICATION LAYER ,if you have just share here for the reference

if you had already created for your application just share the documents?

Telink also has similar layers: HAL layer, MIDDLEWARE， APPLCATION LAYER。 But it is not standard, so it does not support call patterns like BLE HCI controllers.
