How to add sensor to light device ?

My device include light and sensor together.

I enable sensor as below.

#define MD_SENSOR_CLIENT_EN                    1        // MD_CLIENT_EN

When I send below command in "sig_mesh_tool.exe",

The light send debug message as below.

[ERR]:model 0x1100 did't bind this key?in element?index?0<CR><LF>


What is problem ?
How to bind model 0x1100 ?
