TLSR8258通过EVK烧录失败

使用Burning EVK烧录TLSR8258官方开发板时，BDT工具弹出报错，内容为：

TC32 EVK: Swire error
Error<0x1002>: EVK command result error


已知直连Dongle烧录无异常，另外下载器已经升级至5.8.5版本，接线方式为SWS连接到J18；BDT上Reset/Run/Pause/Step操作有相应，但是无法擦除/下载/解锁

也已经尝试重新激活MCU，提示SWS连接可，但是仍然报 Error<0x1101>: DUT command execute error

现象为点击Activate后BDT输出
Activate MCU ok
Total time: 1391 ms
随后进行Erase/Download等操作时报
TC32 EVK: Swire ok
Error<0x1101>: DUT command execute error
同时开发板D1~4亮起

也尝试使用了Dongle通过EVK烧录，是成功的，目前看主要问题出在开发板上
