How to use PGA and SAR ADC together.

I want to process a signal from -300mv to 300mv as below.

- signal -> PGA -> SAR ADC -> processing the signal.
1. How to connect the signal to TLSR8258 (where is a pin ?) ?
2. How to set the PGA ans SAR ADC ?
